What group sizes can you accommodate for corporate events in Greece?

Most of the corporate events and company retreats we organise are for groups of 6 to 100 participants.

However, we also have experience with large-scale events that have brought more than 400 people to Greece.

Based on your group size, we will recommend suitable hotels, meeting venues, transport and activities.

How do contracts and invoicing work for corporate events?

Before the planning begins, you will receive a standard event services agreement covering the agreed services, dates, price and payment terms.

Payment usually consists of an initial deposit followed by the remaining balance before the event. The exact payment schedule will reflect the size and scope of your project.

We also provide all necessary invoices and supporting documents for your finance or accounting team.

How far in advance should we plan a corporate event in Crete?

We recommend starting four to six months in advance, particularly for popular dates in May, June and September.

However, we can also organise events with less notice. We have successfully delivered company trips with only six weeks of preparation.
